Facilitated by Jenny, we can create a day or half day workshop around the needs of your group.
The Workshops combine times of sharing, fun & creative expression. Creative expression is a powerful pathway to self-understanding.
It can be surprising, reflective, enjoyable, fun & playful. Some possible areas include:
· Identity
· Reclaiming individuality
· Discovering Strength, Courage & Compassion
